Anthony my service representative is always very responsive. I needed to repair a transmission issue and with Covid-19 Quarantine I wasn’t sure if I could get repaired. Anthony made time to get the car in the next day. The car needed a part that took a day and after it was fixed he asked if he could have it overnight so the mechanic could be sure it was all fixed. I received a call first thing telling me the car was already and offered to set up a Lyft to bring me to the dealership. Excellent customer service!

Worst experience ever, They tried to cheat us out of $1100, after negotiating a solid price in text. Covered up damages to car IE chip in windshield and huge scratch on the back of vehicle. Kept us at the Dealer, after driving100 miles to pick up car, for over 5 hours arguing about price, in the Middle of this Covid19 Virus. They have been reported to the Health Department. Salesman is Ian Moss, Would not recommend this Dealer to my worst enemy

I had an amazing experience at Bob Baker Mazda when I purchased a CX-9 with only 35 miles on the odometer. We left a Mazda dealer 7 minutes from our home to drive the 40 minutes to Bob Baker Mazda. Once we arrived our sales rep Paul was excellent and very knowledgeable regarding all the features on the car. This was the first time I had the experience of working with a sales rep truly wanting us to be pleased with our purchase and also have a vehicle that best met the needs of our family. I will definitely return to Bob Baker Mazda next year when it is time to trade in my other vehicle.
