We couldn’t be more satisfied with our buying experience at Hiley Mazda of Ft Worth. The dealership overall had a much more relaxed atmosphere than we’d experienced before, and was impressively clean. Kirk the manager is horrible and will likely run that place to the ground. He is rude, unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills. His lies are so off-putting, we left.
Do not do business with this dealership. They are fraudulent and deceptive, and they will lie to you in order to make more money. I went in on May 1st and purchased a used vehicle. Jim Greene was my salesperson. We negotiated the price of the car and came down to a great deal. The issues started from this point forward. I was already pre-approved through Capital One for an auto loan. I sent them the paperwork from Capital One and approved them to run my credit for this bank to finalize the loan. Under no circumstances take your truck here for service or buy here. Not only did they not fix my truck they made it worse. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else or better yet walk before you step in this place. You can thank me later
