Very dangerous place to have your car serviced... avoid service advisor Nick Skinnard at all cost he will try to screw you ..and when he is caught and you say no .. he is looking to hurt you period.. had my car was in there last week 7/6/22 for a oil change .. Nick wanted to change the brake fluid .. i said ok .. then i mentioned the cars inspection is due at the end of August .. i told him if it will pass do it today ..if not i will correct any issues and come back . So Many Bad reviews , But I went in today for a Mazda Synthetic oil change and found nothing but great Service ! Was i just lucky ???? Most bad reviews seem to be on the car sales side ..However if you don’t know how to purchase a car from a Dealer then that’s your fault There are so many different avenues to purchase ANY type of Vehicle…..I would hope Team Mazda has reviewed these reviews and corrected and solved the problems . Stay away from this dealership. Especially their salesperson Patrick Howard. While shopping for a new CX-5 I was in touch with internet sales at each of the county's mazda dealerships. I knew what I wanted, didn't need to test drive and was ready to purchase. Most were quick, professional, and honest. Not Patrick. I'm new to Rochester and Suzuki caught up with me on 3 minor recalls. It's 10+ years old and it's time for an upgrade. I gave Marketplace a call and scheduled a service appointment for the recall. I wasn't fully informed as to what the details of the recall were. I arrived to drop off my car and was met with disdain. The service reps were unoccupied and disinterested. Just Imagine being told: "Your best option for this car now is a gas can and a lighter". That was the response from a Mazda employee after I pleadingly asked what to do about the position I have been put in by these predators at Marketplace Mazda. I'm stuck paying $4,000 over KBB for a car with worsening issues. Each time I bring it in I am told there is nothing wrong. The last time I was bluntly told " JUST DRIVE IT". Took advantage of a disabled and mentally disabled veteran. Despite his medical diagnosis, since they refused to allow the family to the return vehicle, that was grossly overcharged for. Steer clear of this dealership.
The worst experience I have ever had absolutely horrible the lady yunghe doesn’t know anything about what she is doing or selling wasted two full weekends of my time just trying to get a remote start installed that she said will take an hour and a half two full weekends later and all her lies and never once did a management personal come or call to solve the situation long story short they installed the wrong remote start and messed up our car had to take it else we’re to get it fixed I would strongly recommend car shopping... read more
We couldn’t be more satisfied with our buying experience at Hiley Mazda of Ft Worth. The dealership overall had a much more relaxed atmosphere than we’d experienced before, and was impressively clean. Shout-out to Samantha, our saleswoman, for her genuine friendliness, great attitude, and most of all her no-pressure service.
