Just Imagine being told: "Your best option for this car now is a gas can and a lighter". That was the response from a Mazda employee after I pleadingly asked what to do about the position I have been put in by these predators at Marketplace Mazda. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our buying experience at Hiley Mazda of Ft Worth. The dealership overall had a much more relaxed atmosphere than we’d experienced before, and was impressively clean. Shout-out to Samantha, our saleswoman, for her genuine friendliness, great attitude, and most of all her no-pressure service. Kirk the manager is horrible and will likely run that place to the ground. He is rude, unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills. His lies are so off-putting, we left.
Do not do business with this dealership. They are fraudulent and deceptive, and they will lie to you in order to make more money. I went in on May 1st and purchased a used vehicle. Jim Greene was my salesperson. We negotiated the price of the car and came down to a great deal. The issues started from this point forward.
