Anthony my service representative is always very responsive. I needed to repair a transmission issue and with Covid-19 Quarantine I wasn’t sure if I could get repaired. Anthony made time to get the car in the next day. The car needed a part that took a day and after it was fixed he asked if he could have it overnight so the mechanic could be sure it was all fixed. I received a call first thing telling me the car was already and offered to set up a Lyft to bring me to the dealership. Excellent customer service!

I had an amazing experience at Bob Baker Mazda when I purchased a CX-9 with only 35 miles on the odometer. We left a Mazda dealer 7 minutes from our home to drive the 40 minutes to Bob Baker Mazda. Once we arrived our sales rep Paul was excellent and very knowledgeable regarding all the features on the car.
