I dealt with Samantha Steele to purchase my 2023 Mazda 3. There wasn't one on the lot, but were on the way. We worked out a deal and a good trade for my MX-5. As soon as a car became available we completed the trade. Samantha was great to work with and worked with me to get me good trade value.

I had a pleasant experience working with Rochester Mazda when I leased a new Mazda CX-5 in November of 2022. The dealership was being remodeled but was still very welcoming despite the occasional jackhammer sound (btw, they had complimentary earplugs!). I worked with Nicholas (Nick) Janssen as my sales consultant and Stuart (Stu) Taylor Higano Jr. was the paperwork extraordinaire. I would highly recommend working with Rochester Mazda and I would definitely ask for Nick to be my sales consultant. This is the second vehicl... read more

I hope never to have to go to El Dorado Mazda again! In June, we decided to purchase the CX5 we had leased the past 3 years thru them. Anticipating that we were going to turn around and resell the car, we had service completed including a full inspection the day before. We received a video of the entire inspection as part of the service. When we attempted to payoff the residual, the manager said we also had to pay $1000 for an inspection. We argued this was not fair as we had just had the car inspected by them the day befo... read more

Mazda 3 with 10k miles seats ripping. Refused to fix because it’s 2 months out of warranty. The “leather” is actually cheap vinyl which is coming apart at the seams and ripping. This is not acceptable. Do not buy a MAZDA, it won’t hold up! Why say it’s leather when it isn’t!

So Many Bad reviews , But I went in today for a Mazda Synthetic oil change and found nothing but great Service ! Was i just lucky ???? Most bad reviews seem to be on the car sales side ..However if you don’t know how to purchase a car from a Dealer then that’s your fault There are so many different avenues to purchase ANY type of Vehicle…..I would hope Team Mazda has reviewed these reviews and corrected and solved the problems . I found them to be top notch this morning ,and i will go there again with our other Mazda cars.... read more

Stay away from this dealership. Especially their salesperson Patrick Howard. While shopping for a new CX-5 I was in touch with internet sales at each of the county's mazda dealerships. I knew what I wanted, didn't need to test drive and was ready to purchase. Most were quick, professional, and honest. Not Patrick. Patrick practices all the scummy salesman stuff you'd expect at a no-name corner used car lot. He told me the car we had discussed sold (even though he had just emailed me that morning to see if I was still interes... read more

I'm new to Rochester and Suzuki caught up with me on 3 minor recalls. It's 10+ years old and it's time for an upgrade. I gave Marketplace a call and scheduled a service appointment for the recall. I wasn't fully informed as to what the details of the recall were. I arrived to drop off my car and was met with disdain. The service reps were unoccupied and disinterested. I might as well of been a third stepchild. Before the service started I went into the showroom to look at the Mazda 5. There were a total of 3 salesmen o... read more

Just Imagine being told: "Your best option for this car now is a gas can and a lighter". That was the response from a Mazda employee after I pleadingly asked what to do about the position I have been put in by these predators at Marketplace Mazda. I'm stuck paying $4,000 over KBB for a car with worsening issues. Each time I bring it in I am told there is nothing wrong. The last time I was bluntly told " JUST DRIVE IT". Even after getting written proof from another certified Mazda shop that there IS a detectable issue; nothin... read more
