    I like Bob Baker Mazda because their check in and check out is organized and efficient. The maintenance is done while I walk over to a restaurant for breakfast while I wait. I get a call to let me know they’re done. Then I walk back to a freshly washed and serviced car and I’m on my way.

    The service advisor was so nice and got my car in and out really fast. The car was dirty when I brought it in and sparkling when it was finished.

    Excellent customer service. I was assisted right away, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I planned on waiting in the customer lounge until my car was ready but the lounge was closed due to COVID. They quickly offered their shuttle services or calling me an Uber so I would not have to wait outside on a really windy day. I ended up using their shuttle and the driver too was very kind and personable. All in all, they moved quickly to accommodate my needs and make my car maintenance a breeze.

    I bought my 2020 Miata at Bob Baker Mazda in Carlsbad. Great sales team and the service team has been wonderful too. Someone damaged my car and put a significant scratch/dent on the hood. My quotes were insane. BBM gave me an unbelievably fair quote, a loaner car and great service. Very pleased and highly recommend.
