James West at Bob Baker is awesome. The Lexus we drove to So Cal from Phoenix for was much better than expected...which is saying a lot as I am very picky. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation as their entire dealership is exceptional. When we buy another car the FIRST person we will call is James. I have purchased nearly 100 vehicles in my lifetime and our experience with these guy was the best ever! We could not be happier.

Our experience at your dealership was unfortunatly horrible. We had Paul dealing as our sales professional and let me tell you he was far from professional!! My husband and I were disagreeing on a few things that had to do with the jeep and financial issues and he kept getting in the middle of both of us putting his two cents in, which i found to be very iggnorant! Then what was even more disturbing and annoying was that he was totally on my husbands side about everything when he should not have even been involved with our disagreement, i felt very belittled! So last but not least i just want to say one more time that our first and LAST experience at Bob Baker was horrible and we will not be recommending your business to anyone!! Also when dealing with the finance department, they did all the paperwork for having the loan go through their financial institution when I clearly stated that I wanted to go through my bank, which I had a preapproved loan through already. He did however offer to change it, but it would take some time and since my wife and I were not on best terms at the time, we just wanted to leave the dealership. They also try to get you on getting gap insurance which cost $795 when my bank was offering the same coverage for $299, they are more gimmicks they use to make you pay extra, after it was all said and done, we spent an extra $4000 above the vehicle purchase with all of their taxes and fees for every little thing. I would definitely recommend financing through somewhere else.
