I was given the best price and the most courteous service here. I even received a follow-up email from Bill, my sales guy, asking how things were going with the car. Bill was knowledgeable and personable. I wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want or needed. I think most Mazdas sell themselves, but you still need to buy one. We had a good experience buying a CX-5 with Bob Baker Mazda and Ian Moss, who guided us through the process. I had researched cars and dealers for several weeks before deciding to jump on one from Bob Baker Mazda. I messaged Ian and let him know we had a tight timetable because an appointment back in LA in the afternoon. We were able to do some of the work in advance to get in and out in 2 hours, inducing self-inspection and test drive. Ian came in before the dealership opened to make the timing work for us. Within 20 hours of messaging Ian we bought the car, drove it back, and made our appointment with a few minutes to spare. If you're coming from LA for the good service and pricing there's an outlet mall, strawberry farm, flower field, and Legoland all right nearby. CX-5 and 9 are family cars so why not make a day of it?
