My parked car was hit by a drunk driver, and taken to get repaired. 8 months later, I get a threatening call from *** Baker saying I owed over $1000 deductible since the drunk drivers insurance wouldnt pay and they will take me to small claims court if they dont receive payment within three days. I let them know this was the first I heard and had assumed the drink drivers insurance had taken care of it. I hadnt heard otherwise from my insurance. I said I would reach out to my insurance which I did and updated them letting them know my insurance was reopening the claim with the drunk drivers insurance to get payment from them.*** Baker still insisted I pay the $1000 the next day or they would file small claims court. I will never take my car to *** Baker service again.

This review is for the Bob Baker Hyundai service center and Travis Price. Be aware of the service department and their fraudulent and unethical charges. Make sure to verify cost before you agree to bring your car here. Brought my car in for a 30k check up. When he read me a list of what they are going to do I told him I didn't need some of it due to aftermarket parts on my car. Come to pick up my car and to my shock the total was $448... All they did was an oil change, change my cabin filter and do a fuel tank filter inspection and check the brakes that I told them were brand new... They charged me for a tire rotation (Which they didn't do), Engine air filter (Which they didn't do). My wheels have wheel locks and didn't provide them the key and they have down brake measurements so not sure how they got my wheels of. I am assuming they might have wheel lock keys so maybe give them the benefit of the doubt they were able to get my wheels off. When I booked the appointment I asked for a complimentary loaner and they said sure we will give you a complimentary loaner car. Get the bill and guess what... I was charged for a loaner car... Do yourself a favor and go find another place to service your car... Total scam of a company...
