I've changed my review from 2 to 4 Stars. My recent experience with AutoNation's service department was far better than the first time which was right after AutoNation purchased the dealership from Bob Baker Jeep and was told I would have to leave it for 2 to 3 weeks for a normal service. There is hope, they seem to be improving but you can tell it's very corporate. I want to personally thank James my service rep for being professional, polite and respectful.
