If I could give negative stars I would. I have given this dealership twice to do maintenance on my van. The first time I thought was a fluke when they said we couldn’t get a loaner because they changed their policy and then the 2-3 days lasted over a week! Our family only fits in our van so it’s no minor inconvenience to without a second vehicle or pay out of pocket for an unknown amount of time for a rental. Brought my van back for a recall.
