Called him Saturday and asked if we could handle everything over the phone. I told him exactly what I wanted, he took my information and credit card. We really thought this would be a store that generations of our family used. My 86-year old mother has used them for years - so we thought it would be the place to go. And they are great when you are there to make a purchase. But when your $3,000 refrigerator doesn’t work properly from DAY ONE - getting a call back is impossible. Not only will relying on Bob Bailey’s for a quality appliance stop with this generation - I will make sure my parents don’t go there either. Wanted to say Thank You for an amazing experience
We purchased several appliances in 2017 from Bob Bailey's for our new house, at the recommendation of the builder. The dishwasher we purchased had manufacturers defects and per the warranty, was serviced many times. A little over a year later, we still had issues popping up and I contacted Rob at Bob Bailey's. He got involved and amazingly, we are scheduled to get a new dishwasher soon. I am so happy with the customer service from this store.
