Bob and everyone in his office is polite, professional, helpful, and responds quickly. As an example, we rented an RV several times during the pandemic and we needed to insure the rental. First, you have to get to the rental place before they give you the VIN of the rental RV and then call your agent from the RV rental place in order to have it added.
