Service is professional, diligent, and personal too. I've been working with the same contact for a decade, and treated like family.
I've been with Bob Anderson for almost 30 years ever since I worked near by their old office in downtown Palo Alto, and I highly recommend him and his whole team. Lori and Taylor in particular have provided excellent support in answering questions, helping with claims, and setting up new policies or renewing existing ones. They have always treated me with the same care and respect now as when I first walked in to their office straight out of school with very simple insurance needs.
This is a wonderful State Farm office. Lori goes above and beyond for our company. I highly recommend them!
We have been insured with Bob and his team for decades. They always provide prompt and helpful responses & advice.
