Great service, great work. Overall the best shop that I have taken my cars to. I have been a customer for years and will always continue taking my cars there. If your looking for a shop that has great prices, a friendly staff, and is a promising shop, then this is the place.

Bob's Almaden Transmissions and Automotive Repair has earned my trust, gratitude and this very positive review for the following scenario. After 173,000 miles the 5-speed manual transmission in my 1991 Toyota pickup developed and exhibited very stiff, balky and indefinite shifter action (which caused too many missed, gear-grinding shifts). Great Customer Service – being an automotive mechanic my self but retired and not able to work on my own cars any more I check prices found them to be half the price of the dealer they picked up my car with there tow truck in the late morning and I received it back by the end of the day and they do more than just transmission almost any automotive repair
