Needed a new/rebuilt Gem module for my 2006 Ford Freestar. Tyler at Hall Ford in Elizabeth City NC supplied me with part number, and the phone number for Bob Allen Ford. I ordered the part late on a Monday; UPS delivered at 5:30 on the Friday. Riggins FORD in Poquoson VA installed the part, reprogrammed it, and saved me the piece of crap that was installed in place of my original. Now I am happily enjoying my van. Thank you Bob Allen!
Bob Allen Ford is a solid outfit. Small local owned business take care of us KS & MO customers. Jeremiah is my families service advisor. He is a great person to work with for major repairs and is amazing at regular maintenance etc. I enjoy spending my money there. The people is what make their dealership and the dealership is above all these other big companies and out of town owners.
