Our company rented 3 boats to take out for a cruise on the San Diego Bay a few weeks ago. Boatsetters was awesome!! They communicated and helped plan wonderfully leading up to the event and they were always there when I had any questions or concerns! Anytime I had questions, they were ready and available to help. Everyone has a fantastic time on the boat tour and the captain's were amazing! I would highly recommend if you are looking for something fun to do in San Diego. Horrible experience . Got charged over $2000 for a $500 rental because the owner said there were damages that were never substantiated. And when I emailed about why, they said “the matter has been closed “. Horrible experience
