Kyle is a no pressure sales guy and came to the rescue with a small issue on a Friday night. It’s obvious he doesn’t stop caring about his customers even after the deal is done.
A HUGE Thank You to Tim for coming to the rescue on my 2nd day with my new Bennington. A fuel line issue added to my stress of learning to dock a pontoon in the wind and getting lost on Smith Mountain Lake. Tim to the rescue. He drove from Greensboro to SML less than 24 hours after my boat was delivered and identified and fixed the fuel problem. He also showed me some boating pointers and gave me encouragement. I've made a new friend and look forward to future business with Tim and Bobby at Boats Unlimited.
Incredible service department, large selection, knowledgeable salespeople and unbeatable customer service! We purchased a 5 year old boat from Boats Unlimited that actually had significant issues develop a month after purchase. We took the boat back for repair work expecting to pay. However, Boats Unlimited chose to repair the issues and charged us nothing!
