I cannot say enough about Boats Etc. and the experience we had there!! These guys are a world class customer service business! I had an audio unit go out on my new boat, and Dylan drove to my house to replace it so I wouldn't be inconvenienced with having to bring the boat back to the dealership. I did a lot of shopping around before buying a boat and no where did I feel as welcomed and a part of the family than I did at Boats Etc. Dylan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining every detail about our purchase. I like that it's family owned and operated and in my hometown. Dylan explained everything twice due to the fact my father and I couldn't be there at the same time due to work schedule. His attention to detail was excellent. He saw imperfections before I did and corrected them then or, scheduled them to be corrected, due to placing an order with manufacturer while outside going over the boat.
