We had an awful experience two times within a month at Boats and Bikes. Young college students run this business and can only convey what they are taught. First experience 7/27, my sister and I rented a pontoon boat. We called in advance to ensure we would have an anchor and left vests to swim. All the boats do not have anchors which make fishing or swimming difficult or near impossible. Our reservation was for 10am. I recommend renting a boat for a few hours on this beautiful body of water! Swimming, water sports, fishing or just hanging. No one will be bored! Recommendations: Manager over 30 should be available at the rental office and not over the phone to support team when decisions are needed. Or if you dont want to pay for a manager then give your team authorization to make decisions on your behalf. terribly disappointed with our boat outing here. the boat was loaded with huge spiders, considerable amount of rust and the seats and floor were filthy. May be due to the recent flooding they experienced here. I should have asked for a bucket of water and disinfectant before takeoff however we had our five year old granddaughter with us and we had her pumped and excited about this outing so for her sake we made the best of it.spent the dreaded hours on the boat keeping her safe killing off spiders and wiping down with hand w... read more

We rented a waverunner pwc on the 4th! Everyone was so nice and helpful there! We had a blast! The only thing i would recommend is that you put some time inbetween rentals so if the renter gets back late it doesnt make the renter who is waiting for the pwc wait even longer... other than that it was a great experience!!! We will be back!!
Rented kayaks from them many times last year. Always a smooth transition.
