Excellent customer service and professionalism
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Boston Boating and their refusal to issue a refund for my membership. Despite paying a substantial amount ($578.09) for a family season pass, my family and I encountered numerous issues that severely impacted our enjoyment and use of the pass. I recently visited a rental place by a beautiful lake and was satisfied.They have a great selection of boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and pedal boats. There's pretty big parking (cost 8$). The lake is stunning, with lovely views and clean water. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys outdoor activities!
