I placed an order late December 25. Item still not received at the time of writing (Feb26), despite two well spaced emails being sent and a phone message on Geelong answering machine. I had ordered and received successfully in the past but will now be steering clear.
Believe the reviews - the online store is very bad. I ordered a Musto jacket late last year. I realised after receiving it that it was too big. Thankfully the webpage has a reasonable returns policy for this eventuality. So I called Andrew and he agreed I could bring the jacket n to the Williamstown store to either exchange it or get a refund. Terrible service! Order a wetsuit from a big social media post on Gill clearance. Chased them up multiple times and heard nothing back! Eventually to be told 2 months later they could not get that wetsuit any more. Which my partner ordered from another site and got within a week.
Great prices, delivery a bit slow but not their fault. Reasonable range.
Drove over an hour to get here and they've shut 30 minutes early. What a joke. If you want to shut early on a weekend, adjust your opening hours! 🤦♀️
