Was sceptical after seeing reviews online Purchased a product off the online shop on a Thursday morning. Rang the shop to be greeted by Andrew which was helpful and sounded like a good bloke over the phone. Stated I needed my stuff shipped asap due to a fishing trip and happily agreed to ship later that day. Product purchased Thursday morning, shipped Thursday arvo and delivered to my front door the following Monday morning. Cannot complain. Would happily make another purchase again
Be warned! Made the mistake of ordering online with an item not listed as out of stock. Suprise, surprise, after they took my money I was notified the item wasn’t in stock and would take several days to arrive. It’s not good enough. It’s deceitful, false advertising. Owner/Manager is passive aggressive complete with zero customer service skills. Shop elsewhere. I will be. After some initial hick ups, Boating Central reimbursed my order and organised a free return postage.
The customer service deserves 0 stars. I ordered an SOS Danbouy mount which was not the same model as pictured on their website. I ordered specifically from them to get the model as pictured and there was no notification from their end to let me know about the change of model. Subsequently, I wanted to return the product as it was not the one that was advertised and didn't fit my needs .
