Terrible service! Order a wetsuit from a big social media post on Gill clearance. Chased them up multiple times and heard nothing back! Eventually to be told 2 months later they could not get that wetsuit any more. Which my partner ordered from another site and got within a week.
Great prices, delivery a bit slow but not their fault. Reasonable range.
Drove over an hour to get here and they've shut 30 minutes early. What a joke. If you want to shut early on a weekend, adjust your opening hours! 🤦♀️
If you like waiting months for your items and then to be sent the wrong stuff order from here if not go elsewhere useless company
Was sceptical after seeing reviews online Purchased a product off the online shop on a Thursday morning. Rang the shop to be greeted by Andrew which was helpful and sounded like a good bloke over the phone. Stated I needed my stuff shipped asap due to a fishing trip and happily agreed to ship later that day. Product purchased Thursday morning, shipped Thursday arvo and delivered to my front door the following Monday morning. Cannot complain. Would happily make another purchase again
