Amazing experience. Lauren did my treatment, which was wonderful, and then I relaxed in the mineral pools and enjoyed the gorgeous sea view. I can't wait to visit again!
I had the opportunity to have a 60 minute massage with my partner. It was a fantastic experience for both of us, he therapists were great, we were treated like royalty from start to finish, the lounge waiting area is very comfortable with beverages and snacks. The massage though was out of this world, my first ever and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a nice hit tub after and then dinner for the Faro restaurant in the Hotel. Both of us agreed that the day could not have been better, I highly recommend it.
I'm sitting in Lima/Peru waiting at the airport and want to book a facial online. I've created an account and LOW & BEHOLD it keeps on telling me 'Invalid Card number' using different Visas to enroll. How the heck can I else book?
Went in for a duo relaxation massage and had Nicole and Kelsey as our technicians. They were absolutely wonderful and the massage felt incredible. Would recommend and would love to return!
Had Sunday night pool passes. The pools were nice; however, the staff treated us like we were sneaking in every time we came back from the bathroom or indoor sauna. Also, the fireplaces weren't working for.most of the pool area and it was a cold night. The food offerings are really odd and heavy given this isn't poolside at a Mexican resort and is instead a spa experience, and the pricing is absurd for what the food is. Overall, didn't love the experience and don't think we will return.
