First off, Ive been a pretty regular customer buying oil filters, oil, and other misc parts for the better part of a decade. 11 months ago i went to service department to have my trim unit repaired (07 boat so the Yamaha unit lasted 13 years) The service manager, Steve, (no issue with steve, straight shooter) told me the unit would cost more to repair than a new one.
