I really wish the owner of the store would contact me. We had used BoatCraft the last 2 years who haul and launch our pontoon boat. This year, we called to schedule the haul out, and was first told that the person that handles that was out on vacation and would get ahold of me a couple days later. I called back yesterday, and was told all of the sudden that they were no longer able to service us because of some complications with our driveway. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Boatcraft. Blew a trailer tire just before pulling in and they jumped right in to help get it fixed. Won’t go anywhere else.

I had the boat on the lake Friday night and had a problem. Called Jeff at 9 pm he answered the phone with how can I help. The next morning he came to house and we resolved the problem for our busiest week of the year with kids and grandkids. Service is so important in buying a boat. 5 stars to Jeff and Boatcraft. Thanks so much.
