I had an extremely positive experience with the boatyard. I got new standing rigging, new sheaves, upgraded Raymarine instruments all done with top quality. They also patiently walked me through a couple of relative newbe questions/issues. I was pleased with the interaction and updates from the team.
Held on to the boat for 6 weeks after the appointment that they set. Lied about progress over the phone. Did not complete the work that they charged me for. Tried to rush some work on the day that I told them I was taking the boat back.
