I hauled my boat up from Palmer to have it looked at by these guys. They spent multiple days on the phone with me trying to help me self diagnosis the problem with my motor, and trying to save me a trip to Fairbanks. Eventually it was time to just drive it up there. They understood I had taken the time to drive the 5 hours and dropped everything to get my boat running. Service is top-notch from this company. Curt and the entire staff with whom I've interacted have bent over backward to make sure my needs were met. When I brought back a small Honda outboard 8+ years after they had repaired it and explained that the problem had not been corrected, Randy suspected it was something that had been missed during the repair, and he eventually found and corrected the problem. Still running the old Honda 90 you guys helped me re-power with after you covered for the warranty of our OMC/Evinrude. Haven't needed much help to keep that old Honda going, but you've been on top of every need. Great service and business!
First time in the Boat Shop today and the service was second to none! Everybody offered me help at one point or another and everything I needed was there! Oh, and they gave me a donut, I love donuts!! Will do business here every time!
