Unit rented had a lock on it, an since there's Noone on property I had to fix it over the phone. Wasted an hour. After I walked the place looking for open units, she was able to switch my reservation to a SMALLER unit and when I got the new contract (email only), the bill was HIGHER!
A big shout out of thanks for Jenny at New Braunfels fir the great customer service we have recieved so far ( its only been 3 days ). A great start and I would recommend this location to anyone wanting good product and service.
Tyty items safe and returned. Kindly
