I am new(er) to the area and needed some work done on my boat. I had taken it to a competitor but their response was less than favorable. Bob helped me diagnose the problem and ultimately fix the issues I was having, as well as taking the time to show me the problems...which does nothing but gain trust with me. The difference between BRP and some other places, is they take the time to do the job right. Its that simple. I will never take my boat anywhere else.
