I was just scammed into renting the larger unit with the promise of being able to switch to an uncovered unit if my boat didn't fit and it didn't and when I tried to switch as discussed she would only do it for the max rental amount. Watch out for bait and switch scam. I've called back and was hung up on and now noone is answering my calls.

In speaking with other renters on the same property, we found we were paying DOUBLE what they are paying and they had not been increased in the THREE YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN THERE.I will NEVER recommend you to anyone. RENTERS BEWARE! Lastly, they rented our original unit, B13, to someone else and didn't tell us. We get there to load our boat in, can't get in. Lack of sympathy and highly unprofessional. HUGE RIPOFF! I reported you all to the BBB.

I’ve been here for over 3 years, Rates have gone up. Property has gone down, lights in unit don’t work. Put in service request and nothing. Finale straw, was me sitting outside the gate (because it wasn’t opening) with a ai robot on the phone. No real person, keep saying a manager will call me to help open the gate. They are Not 24 hours, No one answers. You speak to ai on phone that is glitchy and no help. Put your boat somewhere else. Over pricing and no real help.
