Phenomenal customer service. The agent went out of her way to accommodate. Facility is very convenient and easy to get in and out of. Barely any traffic on the entry road which is key when pulling large vehicles or trailers. Also, tons of maneuvering room on site with wider than normal drives.

I had an awful experience with RecNation. I had a reservation all set and ready to go, but when I showed up on the day to check in, there was nobody present. I was told to buy a lock, only to find out that my unit required a fob and couldn't be opened. I spoke to several people on the phone who assured me that someone was on the way, but after waiting for two hours, I was finally told that the site manager has three jobs and wouldn’t be there for another three hours.
