This was a 4-Star rating until they unexpectedly raised the price $200/mo after a couple of months of moving in. When I initially moved in I had a smaller unit. Drove an hour to move in and found my unit was occupied. They gave me a bigger unit for a discounted price so I could move in that day, which was frustrating but it beat having to find something last minute, only to get slammed with a price hike after a couple of months. I moved in due to the price being competitive.
It doesn’t really make sense to ask someone for a review of a storage facility within 24 hours of making an online reservation. I haven’t even been to the place yet. However, the one star review is because, despite the fact that I indicated in the online application that I would not be storing my vehicle until two weeks from now, the start date of the contract…which is also the start date of my billing…is the day I applied. Keypad access, remote doors, 120V outlet = amazing facility to store our 30' RV!
Knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
Great communication and clean storage units for boats, RV’s or trailers. Their website portal is also user friendly.
