I paid my rent on time for 3 years. They made me give a 30 day notice of move out. I gave notice which was ridiculous in itself because it’s a STORAGE unit not an apartment. Moved out June 13th per their 30 day notice period and they refused to give me a credit for half a month. They said it was against their policy. So they basically shafted a great customer. Do not use them and I hope BBB investigates.

Only large vehicle storage units around!!! Really good security at a good price
I was just scammed into renting the larger unit with the promise of being able to switch to an uncovered unit if my boat didn't fit and it didn't and when I tried to switch as discussed she would only do it for the max rental amount. Watch out for bait and switch scam. I've called back and was hung up on and now noone is answering my calls.
