I would like to say how surprised I was by the customer service and knowledgeable staff. They really understood that buying an RV is a major decision and was patience and understanding and answered all the questions we had, and we had alot! I'm so glad we decide to deal with them they made the who experience very enjoyable!
My wife and I have decided to retire so we went to get some price quotes. They weren't pushy, they didn't try to force something down our throat, and after explaining our situation to the sales guy, he even told us that we shouldn't buy a few models we were looking at because they wouldn't suit our needs very well. These guys are great and I hope to do business with them again!!!!
This place is fantastic! My sister and I are talking about going on a cross-country trip and were wanting to look into some of the larger RVs. We went into Boat n RV and were blown away, not just by their inventory, but because of the stellar customer service we received while we were there! The sales manager was so helpful and friendly, and we even found the perfect RV!
