It's called halouver boat ramp, and it's always always closed ! For years and years they "remodeling" it
Awesome experience will come back again. Ramp is steep but great otherwise
Went on their website and they say it’s open, get there and the entrance is completely removed as they work on remodeling it. Call and make sure they’ve actually opened before you go.
