Discrimination!!!!! I recently attempted to call and make a booking for an NDIS participants respite. I had explained that my address was a Hervey Bay address and the participant is Maryborough but the booking would be under my name for tax reasons. Due to policy locals can not stay here but the lady decided to use her discretion. All she should have known was what I had explained to do that. We kregen op voorhand duidelijke instructies om een late checkin te kunnen doen. Er is een persoonlijke overdekte parkeerplaats voorzien. De kamer is voorzien van alle gemakken en een Queen bed 1,60m. Er is ook een opklapbaar logeerbed, een tafeltje met 2 stoelen en 2 zetels aanwezig. Evenals een terrasje met 2 stoelen. De locatie is rustig en prima gelegen om naar de Hervey Bay harbour te wandelen in een kleine 15'.

Shocked that someone like Freddie is in charge of running a business. Booked a room months in advance, paid for, for a family member. This family member called up for the booking reference the day before to be rudely told that this booking was cancelled and that they were fully booked out. When I called and spoke to Freddie, he was dismissive, rude and wanted to wipe his hands clean of a clear problem with someone double booking a room. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience. Raciest place We booked this property through Booking.com, where it was clearly advertised as suitable for 3 adults with an extra charge. The listing stated there would be 1 king bed and 1 queen bed—two beds in total. We also submitted a special request via Booking.com to confirm this arrangement, and it was approved.
