I took my boat there on a Monday and had a call letting me know what was wrong 2 hrs. later. Stated that it would be ready by the end of the week. I thought yeah right. Guess what? it was. Herb was very nice and personable. It was a great experiance. I would recommend Herb and go there again.
I would not recommend this place or Herb to anybody. They take days to return calls. The secretary offers info she is not knowledgeable about. He waits until the last minute to winterize. He refused to let a mechanic work on the craft. He has a bad temper. Things were stolen from us on his lot. We were not reimbursed. Very bad experience here.
