This family owned business was great to work with to sell my boat. They communicated well throughout the process and demonstrated patience, which helped set my mind at ease. My experience gives me confidence that they are fair and customer centric. I would not hesitate to consider buying a boat from them if I were in the market again.

By far the best experience purchasing my first new boat! Richard and his team are fast responding, honest, and make the whole transaction feel like your part of the family. My boat was exactly how they said it would be and they provided videos/photos with instructions on how to operate all the accessories. They even provided delivery (Mike the Driver is careful and a professional driver who backed the boat into a tight space with an RV blocking access) to Loxahatchee next day for my purchase. Very grateful to work with them!

It was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated business. They were very accommodating and straight forward from the get go. I’m extremely satisfied with their product but mostly they have outstanding customers service. I only desire they continue to exceed and provide all customers such an amazing experience as it was given to me.

Called up Boat Depot expecting the usual sales pitch — instead, I got a full-on boat therapy session (in the best way). These folks know their stuff and somehow made talking about engines, trailers, and specs actually fun. They were super patient with all my questions — and trust me, I asked a lot. At one point I half expected them to say, “Sir, this is a Wendy’s,” but nope — just helpful, honest advice and zero pressure.
