It was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated business. They were very accommodating and straight forward from the get go. I’m extremely satisfied with their product but mostly they have outstanding customers service. I only desire they continue to exceed and provide all customers such an amazing experience as it was given to me.
Called up Boat Depot expecting the usual sales pitch — instead, I got a full-on boat therapy session (in the best way). These folks know their stuff and somehow made talking about engines, trailers, and specs actually fun. They were super patient with all my questions — and trust me, I asked a lot. Anytime I'm in the market to sell or buy a new boat I am coming to Boat Depot first. We just took delivery of a 2024 Pathfinder 2200 TRS and am always extremely pleased with the attention and service provided by the staff. Truly exceptional in every way. After looking for a boat my husband came across this place. We went to view a boat but someone beat us to it, luckily they had a large selection and we decided to buy another one. We went with a Mako 234cc. We inquired about the boat with Sydney, she was AWESOME!!! 😎 her knowledge and her professionalism was exceeded by all means.
