BAD experience. Called the business a few times before bringing in my boat to make sure that they work on my year, make, and engine, so as to make sure that they were the correct facility to service my engine. I was reassured three separate times out of the three times i called before dropping off. On the day of drop off, a write up and photos were taken and the job was accepted into the shop. Only a day later, not the person that wrote up the job, but the owner / worker in the service shop called and chewed my butt out ... read more
