We purchased a used VW Tiguan from Moe today at Boardwalk Volkswagen in Redwood City, and it was a great experience! Moe took the time to explain all the numbers and options; new, used, leasing, etc. which I appreciated very much. Franklin and all of the sales staff were super helpful, friendly and not at all pushy. Would highly recommend buying a car here. We’ll start saving up for the Lotus SUV LOL!
Boardwalk Volkswagen has an excellent salesman name Derek. For me Derek is: - a 24h live person, he answered my message even at 10pm - a professional person as well, he helped me from beginning through end never leave me unattended. He kept everything inform. - a super patient person, he didn’t get angry, he calmly answered all the questions even it’s a challenging questions from a customer like me. Boardwalk Volkswagen is super lucky to have him working for the company.
