This review is for the sales department, specifically Amir. Amir is there to help. He is aggressive in his strategy, but he uses that to your advantage. He understands that the customer needs to be comfortable with the price and process and pushes internally to support your goals. Good service. Updated Jan/2025 - Today I got to work with Luis Ramirez to get a new ID.4 I like the entire team there. They did great job managed the process in a straight forward way. Thank Luis!
Honestly, terrible customer service. Of all the VW service centers in the area, these guys are probably the worst. I called to set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was acting like it was a chore and had a poor attitude. Yeah, I'd rather take my business elsewhere.
