Bed bugs. Irresponsible team. Absolute nightmare. 1. Bed bug infestation and cover-up Within a week of moving in, I was covered in bed bug bites. When I complained, management immediately dismissed it in a very rude manner and gaslit me. “No, it’s impossible.” I was told. No sympathy whatsoever. moved in a while ago and want to say it has been the greatest experience I’ve had with a rental property! the process is absolutely seamless and extremely fair for the initial move-in. Mehtab portrays phenomenal customer service, is very knowledgeable and communicative. Overall, it has been a warm and welcoming process!
I recently applied to rent an apartment with Boardwalk Rental Communities. The application process required a $799 deposit upfront before they would process my application. Unfortunately, my application was declined, which I understand can happen. My concern is the refund process. Instead of returning the deposit immediately, I was told I had to wait about a week and receive the refund by mailed cheque, even though the deposit was paid in the office using a debit card. Nothing but issues since I moved in. Mice, all closets with broken doors, and broken toilets from day one and ive brought up the issues with the move in agent wynette and made maintenence requests through their online portal and have been completely ignored. I also try to call the office with no answer multiple weekdays in a row. Im not one to complain, I fix most issues myself but i do expect to be given a unit in proper working condition and hopefully without pests.
Randeep is the best! I requested to organized the our garden cause from previous tenant they left so bad but Randeep and his team, just in 2 days they sent someone. Now our garden is like this; Thank you, you are the best Boardwalk! -Zehra
