My friend just moved in here and all I can say is be aware the minimum amount of work that this company will provide service.They'll move you in with countertop.Edging missing moldy soaked countertop loose kitchen faucet that falls over drier with a drier hose is too long drier.Vent not cleaned out wall attacks on the floor carpet knot professionally.Steam clean, not vacuumed basement, full of dirt and dust furnace was never inspected.Furnace ducts are all dirty dirt on the ceiling broken by fold closet tracks.And then this ... read more
Lived here for years and no complaints office always helpful and really nice maintenance guys.would recommend
The office for Briarwynd Court is run here. First off, this is the worst painted unit I've ever been in. See pictures, which only shows a small amount. When I moved in, the Unit was empty for at least a month, so there's no excuse. I also had 3 issues when I moved in and ended up fixing two myself because it took the Office 5 days to get back to my email, as I couldn't login to their Yuhu at the time. I am so happy bout how quickly the maintenance crew responds to a request at Boardwalk.We have direct access to the crew through the portal and I love that. John and Steve addressed all of my request on the work order and so much more the last time they came.They are super friendly and accommodating. We are having a great experience living here.
