My experience with the tram service was extremely disappointing, particularly due to one rude and disrespectful driver. I had to use the tram three separate times and encountered the same individual each time. Beyond the trams being infrequent or consistently full, this driver's attitude was nasty every single time. THE TRAM SCAM. I bought 2 all day tix. I was told they run till 10. At 9 I couldn't get one back to the Hard Roc from Tropicana.. They were passing me with signs that said "Out of Service".
Worst ever 3 people in my party walked from Tropicana to Caesars for dinner at Gordon Ramsay. Due to my handicap I decided to pay the ,$13 for all day rides. Worst decision ever. My party walked and is seated waited over 40 minutes and I don't even get on the trolley uet
It's great but you need to more because it's hard to get one because they are full Need to ride later at night we went to a show that finished at 11 we had to drive and pay for parking
Was told If I pay full amount we could ride all day .they didn't tell u they stay and group and take forever to get back .I got heat stroke because we had to walk .my sister who just got done with cancer also go heat stroke .keep your 💰 they also stop and chat with each other takes forever very disappointed
