First I was given a different unit then I was shown during the application process, I clearly stated I didn’t want an apartment facing the parking lot and was assured I was going to get the unit I was shown, how ever when given the keys I had parking lot facing apartment.Have rented with them for a year, I had 48 notice of entries into my unit for “inspections or work”, the work the maintenance staff does is atrocious work, when they replaced my ac unit the guy didn’t bother running a tape measure across the tape and cut out... read more

Maintenance staffs here in Boardwalk Charles Ave. Saskatoon are very good and friendly. Bryan is very hardworking and helpful. When Ricky and Kevin fixed the bathtub they were very efficient and clean. Rhoda was helpful to them too. Staffs like Bryan, Ricky and Kevin are your company’s gem as they are working with their very best as they can just to do their job well. I truly appreciate staffs like them, not rude but very kind and respectful.

Rented an apartment at Palace Gates in Saskatoon for a number of years. Very happy during my time there. Any concerns were taken care of right away. Staff was always courteous and professional. Moe was great during my final walk through inspection. Hats off to all the staff.

I’ve kept quiet out of fear of losing a monthly rental incentive, but this is the second year in a row that my rent has gone up around $150 and the incentive has shrunk to almost nothing. I’ll be posting a few reviews with pictures to back them up. I think it’s wrong that Boardwalk will take your ever-increasing rent, while never delivering on the promises they make, so I want to make sure everyone knows exactly what your rent will get you. Very bad company. Been trying to look for a place through them for 2 months. Have had 3 scheduled showings. Got 2 calls saying that there are no suites available. Then when you go onto any rental website, including theirs, says that there are suites available. Brought that to them and their excuse was that it's like that because the applications are pending.
