This company is so ridiculous. They are double charging tenants for damages. I've been charged with the same thing the prior person was charged to repair, yet they never fixed it. They allow there landlords to treat tenants badly! They will over charge you and fight with you on everything. I do not recommend this company! Also you can never talk to a human! I own several rental properties along the wasatch front. Sergie has been amazing to work with! He always answers my calls and helps give me a better understanding of how my properties are doing. I try to keep my properties up to date, so knowing when a renter is having problems with the property in a timely manner is important to me. Would not recommend at all. Slow at maintenance, don't know how to answer phones but they will sure take your money every month.
