The management company is terrible to deal with
Boardwalk is the best rental community anywhere in Canada. My family and I lived at Varsity Square Apartment in Calgary for a year and a half. They provide the best services, including free party rooms, swimming pools, and fitness centers. Their customer service, maintenance, and security personnel are available 24/7.
Where do we start.They were suppose to video FaceTime to show the suite on 3 different occasions.Not once did they call or cancel with us and nothing happened.Then after the 4th time they finally showed my girlfriend the suite.It took them till end of day to email the app and she filled it out first thing the next morning and the lady said you are the next one in line for the suite.She filled out the app and handed everything in and afterwards the lady said they took an app and damage deposit already and my girlfriend was ou... read more
These people are criminals, they have raised my rent despite not opening any facilities. The communication is the worst I have ever seen and they have zero integrity and probably laugh at all the bad reviews they get. Stay away from this building especially, I’d give negative review If I could
Absolute criminals. They've lied at every turn. Before we signed the lease, we were even told the window renovations would be done. Now I'm told we will have to vacate the apartment for up to 7 days over the next few months. No amenities (pool, tennis courts) no rent reductions. Elevators routinely take up to 10 minutes to arrive. Members ought to get together and file a class action.
