Terrible landlord. Tenants are expected to do EVERYTHING, won’t fix anything, forgets what you say a minute after you say it, writes “receipts” on whatever material he can find and loses it, makes many promises and doesn’t fulfill them, states that if you provide him more customers, he will do nice things for you and actually doesn’t, allows you to have one “item” per wall but you can’t use commands strips or nails or screws or any hanging material, so really you can’t hang anything up. Horrible landlord. Took forever to fix anything, hard to contact, made uncomfortable sexist remarks. Tried to talk about his religion endlessly with us even after informing him that we were not interested. He's a money hungry crook who writes "receipts" on napkins and loses them. Avoid him at all costs.
