We have rented from Boardwalk Realty many times. They are always kind, professional and go out of their way to be helpful.
We did not have a good experience with Boardwalk. Booked our house in January for a June trip. Got a call 2 weeks before we were traveling and were told our house had problems, but they were upgrading to a new house, no extra cost. The next week, my mom calls to ask a question about the new rental and we were told the house was not in our name and we were still booked for the house with problems. Rents houses to people from New York, Illinois, Michigan, etc.... during Covid-19. Most, if not all, independent and other rentals stopped weeks ago. Greed has no boundaries. If Covid-19 is not on the island yet, it will be thanks to Boardwalk
Amazing company to deal with. They're like family every time you talk to them and treat you like family. We LOVE going through Boardwalk Realty.
