Super nice guy and very helpful UNTIL you try to cancel your contract, then lookout. I was told that I could cancel my contract at any time. After 90 days of trying to sell my house, I tried to cancel my contract with Nick/Boardwalk Realtors to try another realtor. Unfortunately, he has a hidden clause in his contract that says you can't re-list with anyone else for 6 months!!!
