Clean, quiet apartments. Reasonably priced. Nice neighborhood. Schools, Restaurants, Drug store, Party store, gas station, park, marina and bar close by. I would recommend this area.
I lived here a few years, moved out and then returned for another 6.5 years. Nice quiet area with LOTS of closet & storage space. Kate & her team are very responsive & understanding! The closeness to every thing Gib has to offer was awesome!
I lived at Park Place apartments for 4 and a half years and has been nothing short of a great experience. The apartment was amazing and the neighbors were great as well. The apartments are in a perfect spot in Gibraltar, less than a1/4 mile from the water/marina and the kayak launch to the canals. With the community center and park right around the corner and the bike trails that led to the Metropark its a great location for anyone who loves being outdoors.
