Service has dropped significantly since the acquisition. I have bought two vehicles from this location. Recently, I had a warranty issue with my most recent vehicle. The most service didn’t help, which happens, but after several calls and text messages to my service technician, I’ve received 0 follow up. I’m assuming that I now need to escalate the issue to Maserati directly.
My last visit is now questionable… they put on front tires that I had to purchase elsewhere (they were helpful in suggesting an online tire shop to have shipped there to the dealership). After having to have more work done elsewhere, it was pointed out to me that this dealership stripped the lug nut on the passenger side tire and didn’t inform me of the issue!
