My wife and I were in negotiations for an office space at 1500 Balboa. We agreed on a sqft price and were negotiating terms on the small office space. We were ghosted for two days and found out they were going with another renter. We had: business licenses, S-corp, 2 week notices and clients prepared. Horrible business practices by this company, Grady Gauger was our contact for the deal and we are very disappointed in this “so-called” company’s practice and ethics. Boardwalk has the most abusive policies and instills the worst in their personnel who harass and intimidate. The patrol at the Pavillion's in Newport Beach is the worst - I've gone there several times, shopped in the center, and then briefly walked to a nearby restaurant to grab an online order. Even if I tried to walk around the corner to look at something down the street, they followed me and continued to harass me. If you are a business seeking for property management, stay away from here, during my visit to the Landing Plaza, I was shocked to witness what appeared to be arbitrary towing of customers' vehicles, even when I was actively present within the plaza, patronizing its businesses.
