Really enjoyed my stay at Sweetgrass Inn the Only thing that I dislike is that they do Not have a microwave in the rooms or in a place so you can reheat your meals. If they can put a microwave in the snack area so they visitors can have access to it. It’s Not good that you have to ask the front desk employees to go heat your food up in the employees area. I hope you will reconsider placing a microwave in the lobby somewhere. Thank you, .Aug.4-6-2025
While we usually absolutely love this resort, the latest trip here was a nightmare. The house we stayed in (30 grand pavilion) had a myriad of issues. 1. mold in every shower, and not just a little bit. It was everywhere - all over the curtains and the tubs. 2. NONE of the TVs worked and when they came to look at them, they said "too old, won't work". 3. in a bathroom, the fan was falling out of the ceiling with mold all around it. Our family recently stayed at the Wild Dunes Sweetgrass Inn on Isle of Palms, and we couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It's clear they are at the top of their game, making us feel right at home.
