I went to Boardwalk Honda to look at and test drive a 2022 Odyssey; however, they had sold the one advertised. The salesman ****** told me that they had a blue 2022 Odyssey coming in within a few days if I wanted to put a deposit down on it they would save it for me. We worked the numbers and I agreed to put a $500.00 deposit down via my credit card. I certainly had one of the worst experiences today when I came to your facility to pick up my vehicle. As soon as I entered, no one acknowledged me at all, there were five total reps and only one actually working with a customer. The others did not even looked up to say hi or nothing to state that someone will be right with me or that what I was there for? I mean this is customer service 101 that you at least acknowledge them that I was present. The other part I did not understand that there were two different customers ende... read more
Specifically asked my salesman Corey to send photos of any scratches and video. He couldn’t figure out how to do this and pics sent were not clear. The pics online were of a dirty car. They say they take pics before they are cleaned lol. I Asked manager Steve and Gene and didn’t get anything from them either. Was told car was excellent not a scratch on it.
