Terribly run company! The agent we used for two years, Cori Snyder, gave the deposit refund to one tenant, instead of giving each girl their own refund. This tenant will not give my daughter her portion of the deposit refund ($1500). The agent asked the group of girls who they wanted the check to go to instead of doing what the lease calls for. This apartment complex consists of individual building blocks. Each block is exceptionally well maintained. The rent is expensive. However, it's worth it. The neighborhood is quiet and it's really close to the university.
