I’ve been a tenant in one of Boardwalk Properties’ buildings for several years, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Boardwalk staff like ptirika and sunrun are very nice , cooperative and friendly. They like their job . Not only of this but also galbert who is mantenience guy is smart one , efficient , friendly and the best one in This location ( 8920 100 st NW )
Staff and Management are extremely prejudice and rude towards their disabled communities. They are extremely disinterested in their community and intolerant to their renters. They charge a lot of money and treat their renters especially the disabled/ handicapped renters badly. They’re extremely rude, prejudice and extremely unprofessional. Boardwalk used to be really good, but with the new management change it has literally gone down the tubes.
SEE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM: Horrible Property Management. I feel sorry for the staff who work for Boardwalk in Southgate Tower in Edmonton, as they are the front line and have the horrible job of dealing with all the issues. It's not their fault that Boardwalk doesn't manage their properties adequately, or in a timely fashion. I've only lived here a month, and every day, in a 24 story building, at least one of the two elevators has been out of service. Today, both elevators are not working. This is unacceptable!
