I used to live here when it was the Highlands Centre. Sure wish it still was!! I moved in a year ago and my mind hasn’t changed! There was a family above me. Talk about a noisy family!!! They moved out and a couple moved in. Then, my neighbours across the hall moved out and another noisy family!!! When it was the Highlands, families used to live on the lower floors.
