I am a single senior with mental disabilities. I am renting a Bachelor apartment. I love it! I also love living by myself. The building is complete concrete and brick construction. Very fire proof! Great amenities! Underground parking! My balcony is huge! New fixtures and light switches. The only issues I have is the building gets warm when the sun is out here is no way to install a/c.
