I have been a resident of Boardwalk Centre Edmonton for 23 years now and have enjoyed my time here. My suite has a stunning skyline view of downtown and a birds eye view of the Rivervalley. Recently, I signed a rare two-year lease at a great rate as a long-term tenant, which was a nice recognition of my loyalty. Like any large residential complex, there have been issues over the years, and I'd be a hypocrite to say I haven't experienced many of the concerns mentioned in other reviews.
